💼 About the Job
Join our team as the Head of kood/Jõhvi Learning Center and make an impact in the world of tech education. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead the operations and team at kood/Jõhvi, and potentially at new learning centers across Estonia. You’ll work closely with the CEO of kood/Jõhvi as part of the leadership team.
🚀 Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations at the learning center.
- Lead and support the kood/Jõhvi team of 10 people.
- Work with various service providers to manage the facilities
- Collaborate with service providers for facility management.
- Represent kood/Jõhvi at various events (including interactions with students, partners, and the public).
- Manage and oversee the operational budget.
- Work with the public sector to secure funding.
- Share experiences and support the teams of new learning centers.
👤 About You
- Proven experience in leading and guiding teams.
- Strong communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders, from students and partners to public sector representatives.
- Preferable background in COO or operational roles.
- Capacity to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Readiness to take responsibility and make decisions.
- Fluency in Estonian and English, with conversational Russian skills.
