kood/Jõhvi operates as a non-profit organization and currently we are not funded by the Estonian government. This means that we rely heavily on the private sector to help to educate the future talents.

We have created our own recruitment model that ensures a great match with the talent and a company but meantime makes our school model financially sustainable. Only this way we can continue educating high-potential developers from all socio-economic backgrounds, and provide even more skilled workers to the IT sectors of Estonia.
