The position is based in Tallinn and full-time hybrid mode.
About You:
- Driven by a passion for IT education.
- Boast 3+ years of experience as a developer.
- Deeply skilled in Java and JavaScript; proficiency in additional stacks is a bonus.
- A fluent communicator in both Estonian and English.
- A self-starter, comfortable with taking initiatives and charting your own course.
- Previous experience in training, mentoring, or any other educational role.
Your Mission:
- Curriculum Development: Craft, update, and ensure the quality of kood/Jõhvi’s study curriculum.
- Industry Collaboration: Engage with tech giants to gather feedback and collaborate with external experts to shape our roadmap.
- Mentorship: Mentor learners, conduct workshops, and provide feedback to ensure their success.
