Join our team as the Study Coordinator of kood/Jõhvi and make an impact in the world of tech education. We are looking for an active, “get-things-done” person who can speed up our communication with students, take care of study process coordination and support the general operations of the school. 

👤 About You

• A systemic and positive minded person with a can-do attitude.
• A team player, who is accurate and responsible.
• Ready to take an active role with study process related tasks.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Is fluent in Estonian and English (both written and spoken), conversational  level in Russian. 

🚀Main activities include: 

• Coordinating studies for Batches (preparation of contracts, reminders about deadlines etc).
• Ensuring the availability of necessary information for learners.
• Ensuring compliance and legality of documentation.
• Working with different learning and information systems.
• Having an overview of learners expectations and concerns and their learning results.
• Coordinating Selection Sprints/acceptance tests.
• Being the main contact person for the info and event email.
• Helping in hosting guests and events in kood/Jõhvi building.
