Diversity and Inclusion at the Core of Our Program <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We’re excited to announce that we have received over 1500 applicants<\/strong> from 67 different nationalities<\/strong>, and our goal of creating a diverse and inclusive community of innovators is well underway. Of our applicants, 40% identify as women<\/strong>, 57% as men, and 3% left their gender unspecified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of age, our applicants have a median age of 28<\/strong> and an average age of 30<\/strong>. This indicates that we’re attracting individuals with a range of experiences and perspectives, which will undoubtedly enrich our community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Variety of Educational Backgrounds <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Our applicants come from diverse educational backgrounds<\/strong>. Out of all the applicants, 17% have basic education, 44% have secondary or vocational education, and 39% have higher education. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of those with higher education, 24% have a bachelor’s degree, 14% have a master’s degree, and 1% have a doctorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We want to remind all potential applicants that spots for our Selection Sprint are limited<\/strong>. Our 1st Selection Sprint is already full, and the occupancy of other Selection Sprints is currently at 36% for Sprint II, 24% for Sprint III, and 23% for Sprint IV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
