kood/JobFair, now in its fourth year, is dedicated to bridging the gap between tech talent and the industry.
It features a bustling booth area where attendees can meet companies, a stage hosting talks, panels, and speed-meeting sessions, and a dedicated space for casual networking and refreshments.
Described by an industry representative: “The event had a very positive atmosphere, with students highly motivated to network, ask meaningful questions, and talk about the learning process and their visions for the future.”

New in 2026!
Bring your real-world challenge – students will take it on, build solutions, and showcase their demos at the event
Companies can submit their challenge one month in advance, no later than February 27. During this time, students form teams and prepare their solutions for the kood/JobFair. Presentations take place during a 3-hour window at the company’s booth area, where an additional table is provided. Each company can have up to 6 teams, with 15 minutes for presenting and 15 minutes for Q&A per team.
Companies must pre-register if they wish to offer a challenge
Who are the students?
- Average age 29
- 33 different nationalities
- 20% of the community are women
- Skilled full-stack developers and problem solvers – proficient in front- and back-end technologies, databases, web frameworks, API design, and more.
- Diverse professional background ranging from healthcare, education, sports, sales to IT
What is included?
- Booth space: A dedicated spot for your team (preferably including technical and HR roles) in our demo area to showcase your organisation (furniture and monitors available on request)
- Inspiring content: Access to talks and panel discussions featuring industry leaders
- Backstage to recharge & refreshments
