Very well-targeted event with highly engaged students from all over Estonia. It felt meaningful, personal, and well organized — better than most fairs we’ve attended.

The event was smooth, well-organized, and meaningful. The bingo format helped students feel comfortable approaching companies — the work you do with the students is beautiful and impactful.

We met many inspired students — several strong potential future hires for SEB. The 1:1 meetings worked great to go deeper into conversations.

The job fair was organized very well – the atmosphere was amazing, and students were witty, smart, and came prepared. I left fueled with positive energy for the rest of the week!

We had a great time and met a lot of candidates – we even made offers on the spot. We’ll be back next year with a bigger booth.
